STAMFORD- A Stamford, Connecticut resident of over three decades, local construction worker and Bail Enforcement Agent Rodney Pratt has decided to represent the "everyday, hard-working citizens of Stamford who need a voice in City Hall". Pratt stepped in to replace former city Representative Shella Merritt, who resigned her post upon moving away in July of 2014.
"You know all the years that you complain about your taxes and the garbage pickup and illegal dumping and those issues?" Pratt said. "Well, here's an opportunity to actually do something about it through your vote. That's really exciting and interesting to me."
